Beacon of Hope Center for Women, Inc. is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization preparing to open July 2009 as a Domestic Violence Support Center for victims on the Westside of Indianapolis. We will be providing help to other shelter providers and victims by having trained operators taking crisis calls. We will be helping victims with the prevention of domestic violence abuse. We are partnering with Cummins Behavorial Health for women and children to receive individual and group counseling. We will assist with resources and referrals in the following areas; finding safety for the women, children and family pets; food and clothing assistance, and will offer life skills training assistance at our Center.
